Bloemfontein Regional Laundry approached us to assist with a much needed upgrade to their laundry equipment.
We have been commissioned to install a 12-compartment tunnel washer along with four dryers to improve processing and drying capacity. Additionally, we are implementing three new ironing lines, each equipped with a folder and stacker, enabling staff to efficiently iron, fold, and stack items up to ten high. This setup supports a throughput of approximately 1,300–1,600 pieces per hour per ironer.
We are also currently installing detergents stations with storage tanks using the Laundry Solutions (Pty) Ltd system to make the cost of detergent cheaper when ordering in bulk.
