We had the opportunity to install a new tunnel finisher and hanger loading conveyor at Boston Laundry / Bidvest Laundry. Boston Launderers is one of the largest commercial laundry operators in the whole of South Africa.
Both units have been integrated with their existing laundry machines. The tunnel finisher provides superior performance and considerably decreases the processing time compared to other systems. The temperature of garments is slowly and gently adjusted to protect the garments and the processing time decreases during finishing. The drying zone and air circulation system have been noise insulated and thermal insulated to minimise any noise during operation and to prevent heat loss.
The automate Metricon system allows for easier overview of the total system and garments while moving from the four-loading stations. This system offers high quality end product in the most efficient manner.
